The staff were really nice and helped me out with all my questions. , the bed was really comfortable which helped me fall asleep easily. I didn't try breakfast but the location was really convenient for exploring the area. I loved that.
The WiFi was a disaster - I could hardly connect and it was really frustrating. , the hot water took forever to come on.

We came to this hotel looking for a comfortable bed to finally get a good night’s sleep, and we found exactly that. the location, although a bit busy, provided easy access to nearby attractions. that’s as far as the positives went. the bathroom experience was underwhelming, the service was average, and the breakfast left us wishing we went somewhere else.
We were let down by the poor sound insulation from other guests' hall conversations.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was always available to help and they made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel facilities were impeccable, from the cleanliness to the transportation options nearby. We also appreciated the comfortable bedding and had a great night's sleep. Although we did not try breakfast, we heard from other guests that it was delicious.
Everything was spot on. We enjoyed our stay here and did not encounter any negative experiences.

Our Christmas vacation was overall enjoyable. the friendly staff made us feel welcome. the comfortable bed provided us a good night's sleep after exploring the nearby tourist attractions. the location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation. We particularly liked the hotel's cozy atmosphere and the delicious breakfast which we looked forward to every morning.
We had trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi, which made it difficult to stay in touch with our loved ones.
